Our minimum starting wage is $20/hr. Here's why -

Updated: Nov 14, 2022

Small business, big heart.

At one point or another, we've all worked a job that paid just enough to scrape by. I'll be the first to admit that a negative balance on my accounts used to be the norm. Work-Life balance was financially impossible, to say the least. A luxury we could not afford but hoped to achieve one day.

When we decided to start a landscaping company, priority #1 was to build a quality business that supports the lives of the people that work here and in a larger sense, the community around us that makes this company possible.

We value the wonderful people that work to serve you and support them by paying more than just the minimum wage so that they can afford to live in the same communities that they work in.

In 2019, our minimum was $15.00/hr

In 2020, we bumped it to $16.00/hr

In 2021, we bumped it to 17.00/hr

In 2022, we bumped it again to 18.00/hr

In 2023, we're bumping it once again to $20.00/hr

In addition to paying 30% above the Provincially mandated minimum wage, we provide our long term employees - our co-workers - with extended health benefits, resources for further education and in-depth training. Everything to ensure that they're ready to go when you are.

By choosing us as your contractors, you gain a dedicated crew of individuals who are paid fairly and treated well so they enjoy coming in to work - for you. I hope you'll continue to support us in the years to come.
